“I had been to 4 different places before I hooked up with GME. Sophia was the best thing that happened for me. She call me found out what I was looking for, where I area was best for us to look into having procedures done at. She set up the appointments, got all of the details squared away. I thought you would like some feedback after organizing my knee transplant surgery in India earlier this month.

Your choice of Fortis Hospital was perfect. Dr Bhonsle and his team were magnificient. He explained the procedure, he answered all my questions clearly and visited at least once a day. A true gentleman.

The hospital staff could not have been more efficient. Every need was catered for and I must say that the nursing staff were the most caring I have ever seen. Patient care for them made me feel that I was their only patient. In South Africa the nurses appear to care only about remuneration and strikes.

I understand Mr Flello sent an email today, regarding feedback reference his knee transplant surgery in Mumbai India earlier this month. As a travelling companion to Mr Flello I would also like to add my comments to his.

Your Mumbai locality Care Manager, Girish Herlekar was excellence personified, every problem that raised its head was dealt with immediately, turning them into a minor inconveniences. I spent a lot of time with Girish who explained local customs & smoothed our path. Our searches for the right hotel in the correct area for the second second week of our stay were exhaustive & fruitful. His attention to detail & willing attitude, were most helpful in smoothing our path whilst in a foreign country.

The Fortis Hospital West Muland Mumbai was an excellent choice, we went as far as referring to the hospital as "the Hotel".
